A Bit About My Origin Story

As a child, I was very curious. I asked big questions and needed to make sense of the world. I had a strong sense of fairness and loved to see the underdog win.

Growing up, our dinner time conversations were often about the importance of gratitude, working hard, humility, and treating everyone with respect. These dinner table lessons from our tiny kitchen in Shaker Hts., Ohio have undoubtedly shaped my own approach to work,
leadership and life.

Im still curious, still asking big questions and still needing to make sense of the world.
